RFP/RFQ Module Modifcation/Creation | WonderWhy

This is a personal* (for now) vs. Business engagement.

Looking for a quote (RFP/RFQ) to have either an existing module(s) modified or a new module created to work in conjunction with the Drupal for Facebook Module.

A site with Drupal installed will be provided. A mutual NDA required.

Nature/Requirements of the Module:

Part 1

• Essentially an individual ToDo list
• List is divided into two parts: Already Done and To Do.
• An existing (Master) database for this list allows the user to select (check box/radio button) from a "Master" list items that they have already done and those that they would like to do - end result is a Have Done and a To Do list
  --- Can mark each list item as Public or Private and comment/photo on each list item
  --- Can rank order each item in each list (or at a minimum in the To Do list)
  --- Can publish individual item to Facebook
  --- Can update/add individual items with new comments/photos/entries
  --- Completion of a To Do item moves it to the Already Done list
• Master list is categorized and searchable by keyword
  --- Search results allow user to select items for inclusion into their Already done or To Do lists
  --- Search results are sorted and displayed by Category

Part 2

• List comparison
  --- Can compare Public To Do list with "friends"
  --- Display comparison
• List item "Tag Cloud"

Part 3

• Group Membership
  --- Users can join Groups that are associated with list items
  --- A group may have 1 or more list item associated with it

Please let me know how you would do it and how much it would cost.
Please include any modifications to the requirements and include per Part costs if needed. (e.g. Total = $X; Part 1 = $X; etc.)

Module will be contributed back to the community upon mutual agreement.
