Lead Programmer/ Project manager | Confidential

Our company is looking for a experienced lead programmer possibly with a small team, who can get a project done and be vested in our company for ongoing support. This position could offer compensation on salary or hourly and other very attractive incentives for delivery of a WORKING PRODUCT are available.

If you do not have a team you absolutely must be able to manage 2-4 other developers, know the product inside and out and be able to then provided ongoing support, bug fixes, and support the the product enrichment road map. This includes building new features, performance improvements and providing documentation.

I need your full time support.

Following skills needed for this project consist of:

-Senior Drupal developer, 4+ years and current with Drupal 6
-Experience working with Drupal for unique applications other than websites
-Expert PHP
-Knowledge of content management systems
-Must understand Flash/Flex
-Senior level MySql database
-Experience leading a team of other developers (2-4 workers)
-Some experience of programming an enterprise level software solution
-knowledge of 2 way video chat modules and services
-knowledge of C Sharp or programmed in C , would be helpful.

-Solid communication skills and ability to present will get you along way.
