Responsibilities
* Analyze system requirements and design services-oriented solutions for both small and large-scale collaboration.
* Keeping up to date on industry trends and new technology.
* You will manage web development projects from start (completed design) through testing and launch.
* You will collaboratively manage systems administration for the platform
* Be involved in all facets of testing.

Skills
* Strong command of LAMP environment, Drupal or PHP/MySQL, and Javascript.
* Experience working in small creative teams.
* Ability to thrive in a diverse multicultural environment.
* 3-5 years minimum experience developing web applications.
* Experience using object oriented languages.
* Ability to work with XHTML, DHTML, and CSS.
* Understanding of web security and privacy issues.
