Here are some steps we need to take in order to get our site up and going. Feel free to put your name next to items you're working on.
- Register domain name and set up hosting [done]
- Contact Claudio (claudio [at] studiomodule.com) for admin privileges
- Downgrade Drupal install to 5.7
- Schedule regular con calls [every other Monday 5PM EST, starting 3/24
- still looking for Skype or other telephony bridge that's affordable, even in NZ
- will use Adobe Connect at http://connect.studiomodule.com
- Create site IA
- see attachment below for proposed site map
- determine content for home page and wireframe it
- create forums within the group to match main IA categories
- Create design mock ups [coming soon]
- Establish Drupal architecture
- Install modules
- Configure modules
- Create Drupal theme - Steph/Chris
- Write initial documentation/resources
- Create list of Drupal showcase sites
