Drupal admin with HTML, CSS and basic theming | jicny.com

JICNY, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a community for international jews coming to New York City, is porting its website (jicny.com) to drupal using civicrm. Most of the site is ported, however there are several HTML pages that need to be layed out to the roopletheme. Also need a gallery, some theming tweaks, help with backup, security, etc.

Looking for local (NYC area) assistance with:
HTLM coding of 7-10 pages (javascript snippets)
CSS tweaks to theme
comfort with PHP snippets
setup gallery with slide show/lightbox
Generally, ongoing availability to continue enhancing.

This is for a non-profit so we can't pay too much, but need some help ASAP.
