Seeking a Drupal Expert to design and develop a Drupal based cloud application to function as a back-end for a variety of client applications (HTML5, Android, IOS)

Requirements:

Must Have:
- Expert in developing web applications using Drupal CMS (Drupal 7) utilizing custom modules.
- Expert level PHP, Javascript and JQuery knowledge. Working knowledge of Regex, HTML5 and CSS.
- Expert DBA skills in MySQL.
- Extensive experience in creating models using Drupal entities and developing an API using Drupal Services module.
- Expert knowledge of web service (REST and SOAP)
