themes

Themes section is full of very powerfull and configurable themes.
This is very helpfull if you are building a big website with complex functionality but most of us just want to develop something that's already out there and be able to slightly alter it to bend our needs.

I'm suggesting to leave the abstract website developing strategy driven by base themes and start by picking a case study and make it work.
It will save us time and will help new users to dive in.

So...
1.Pick a case study
2.Install required modules
3.Build custom content types base on the entities requiried

Buenas a todos, quiero crear un theme base que me sirva siempre para druapl 6 o 7 (Actualmente solo uyso el 6) y a partir de hay crear mis propios themes pero sobre todo que sea html 5 los themes elegidos son:
http://drupal.org/project/boron , o http://drupal.org/project/adaptivetheme ,
la pregunta es¿estamos obligados a usar sus subthemes o podemos crear nosotros unos nuevos pero usando el html5 de la base?
No se si es del todo correcto lo que digo , por si me podeis orientar.

Buenas a todos una cosa que me da mucha curiosidad.
En la red vemos algunos themes de pago que estan colgados en la red.

1º ¿Como detecta la empresa que fabrico el theme que lo estas usando sin licencia?
2º ¿Una vez modificado ese theme por muy poco que sea lo podrias usar?

Son solo 2 preguntas espero muchas respuestas ya que el tema como poco es interesante :)

hola a todos, soy nuevo en el grupo y nuevo en la creación de temas con drupal, hasta ahora todo muy bien, aunq se hacer themes muy básicos, esta vez necesito algo un poquito más que solo lo básico.

el asunto es que uso Drupal 7.x y estoy aprendiendo a usar el Omega Theme, ahora, lo que necesito es saber como hacer para colocar en un lado todos los articulos que vaya posteando, y en otro los articulos pero solo de la categoría videos.

les dejo una imagen referencial(hecha en paint xD) para que entiendan en algo lo que intento hacer y puedan ayudarme.

There are a few now:
ChristmasDays [ex WordPress]
Terrafirma [ex Nodethreethirty - css]
Envision12 [ex CSS template]
TheHobbitt [ex WordPress - under construction]

Changing the theme is quite easy, use the drop down box and choose the theme to view.

My post is two-fold:
Comments on the themes, if I may ask that people comment on the ports and add any feedback, opinions and criticisms.
