medical tourism

I am about to start a medical tourism site, but not sure how this should work. Does anyone have any medical tourism or would be interested in talking to me more about this concept.
The site was originally for US to foreign destinations. But after talking to some local medical administrators int he Miami area, and the way thte dollar is falling, all of a sudden foreign to US medical tourism seems to make some sense as well...
but again, and thoughts would be appreciated.
