IE layout conundrum. ~ Yah, who's ever heard of such a thing? :-(

On http://mocasystems.com/project-gallery
If you select a gallery with a long title like the 2nd row at the end "Hickam Air Force Base Corrosion Control Hangar & Maintenance Facility"
You will see that when the lightbox opens up and shows the title of the gallery, the NAVIGATION or PREV and NEXT image is buried in the middle of the title.
This was also happening in FireFox until I threw a float:left on the container of the navigation. Maybe theres a better way to fix it in FF that will also work on IE?
What's the work around for this one?
THNX!

Something I learned today

· ·

While theming and developing today I switched from Firefox to Internet Explorer and found that my site had no styles! Ahhh! To save you from possible headaches, here's my finding: IE limits Drupal to 31 stylesheets total. The work-around for the bug is to enable CSS aggregation.

Many modules have their own stylesheets, so when you get to a certain number of modules, plus have your own custom theme, you reach a point like I did today where you pass the threshold. Hope this helps someone!!

CCK Gallery- Displays in IE but not Firefox?

· ·

I created my first slideshow using the Views/Gallery, and for several days it all worked fine. All of a sudden I noticed that images were no longer rotating. I went back to look at the View (but I knew I hadn't changed anything)...then discovered that it worked fine in IE??

What had changed? I had installed the 'notify' module, and it complained about some js files (which I found and uploaded to the datepicker)...could that somehow have effected things? I'm at a loss,
