Dojo CoffeeTalk/5
This Sunday the 16th, we're holding a planning CoffeeTalk to determine the next course of action for the Dojo 2.0, so come join us and contribute your thoughts, ideas, and promises of help. The meeting starts at 7pm UTC (11am PST). Be in the drupal-dojo IRC room early if you need help joining.
This post by Josh K will be our outline for the talk: http://groups.drupal.org/node/6914
UPDATE: We've created a project on drupal.org to track the progress of the 2.0 upgrade.
Lesson #36 - How Image_gallery and Views work together.
On Sunday, at the regular time, EclipseGc will be showing us how the image_gallery module integrates with Views. Come see how to make your pictures sing and dance. If time permits, and we're pretty sure it will, Eclipse will expound on how Views args really work. We will be recording both of these segments as separate screencasts so they can be made available as reference material on the site.
The dojo has 1000 subscribers!
Hurray! The dojo made it to 1000+ subscribers! Way to go everyone!
Lesson #35 - Leveraging the AHAH capabilities in Drupal 6
This week in the Dojo, quicksketch will introduce the AHAH framework (think Ajax) in Drupal 6. The framework allows developers to build forms that dynamically change, without writing any new javascript. Come see examples of AHAH in core, and how you can AHAH enable contributed modules, such as adding a "More" fields button.
Lesson #33 - How the signup.module works
This week in the dojo, Senpai will delve into the logistics of the signup module, what it's good for, how it works, and what you can do with it. This little module is a stand alone beauty that can also feature-add to other modules at the same time. If you have users who want to register for things like meetings, camps, conferences, stories, chapters of a book, and just about anything else, come to this class and ask questions.
Lesson #32 - Theming changes for Drupal 6
Wednesday, October 10th @ 7pm PST (2am UTC)
MerlinOfChaos presents his What's New In Drupal 6 Theming. The same talk as he presented in Barcelona, only this time, Dvessel joins him in a tag-team presentation of graphical proportions! We'll record this one and post for sure, so don't worry if you can't make the timezone.
Lesson #31 - Debugging Drupal 6

Chx has stepped up to the plate and will do a lesson on debugging your Drupal installation. What is debugging? It is how you figure out what is wrong with your code that then allows you to actually fix the little bugger.
Chx is going to be going through and working on bugs in core. He will show you how he tracks them down and then he'll squash 'em. So bring your buggy code to class and we'll all go on a bug hunt. This is great stuff for not only getting your own code to run smoothly but it is a great way to get in an help out core Drupal. Even if you don't know how to fix a bug once you find it, being able to find them and give detailed information on where they are and what they are doing is a HUGE help in getting Drupal 6 out the door.
Lesson #30 - Drupalcon 007 Barcelona debriefing

Drupalcon 007 Barcelona de-briefing! Ok, ok, keep your pants on, everyone. We're only debriefing the conference attendees. :=0
If you were at the Barcelona show, and you leaned something, saw a presentation that opened your eyes, or heard a talk that wowed your mind, come to the dojo and share it with the class! We'll record this audio-only dojocast for posterity, and everyone who wants to share can do so. Tell us about an experience you had, a tidbit of knowledge that you gleaned which will help you in your everyday job, and we'll be able to capture the Barcelona experience for everyone who didn't get to go, as well as increase the awareness for our next conference!

Lesson #29 - Upgrading your contrib modules to D6? Coder module can help!
Lesson request on content editor
I would like to request a lesson where someone explains how to bring the editing of the content, styling and inserting/organizing of the images all together.
It seems like drupal is an excellent platform for programmers, but less ideal for the end users.
-Is it possible to create the customized site where a user can define the look and layout of his content and insert and control image positions easily?
-How can a user take advantage of designer defined CSS to his advantage, and maybe even define new ones?
