Theme development and integration

I need one person to convert a current html site to a drupal theme. I am opening a skateboard retail site. I can send you the current site so you know exactly what I am looking for. Must implement either the Ubercart or E-commerce module.

I'm looking for someone in my time-zone (Seattle) who can develop small business websites for me. I generally use the same modules over and over with some variation for customers. I need someone who can do the installation, tweak the modules and do theme integration or design. Theme integration and design can be done by another person. This can be very flexible. These are the standard elements that I usually include in my websites. I have no preference for which module accomplishes the task, as long as it can be made to look attractive. All the hosting is on my server.
