e-commerce expert

I am looking for someone in the New York City area with e-commerce expertise in Drupal. My company has an existing Drupal e-commerce site (apparel) and we are not familiar with Drupal or programming in general and are questionable about the quality of our site. We are hoping to find someone will to look over our site to let us know if it is well developed under the Drupal interface. Any help to better our site will be paid under a contractual basis. Any suggestions or leads to individuals/companies to contact will be greatly appreciated!
