Upcoming Drupal 6.x Classes in Denver - January 10th, 17th, 24th 2009
Howdy Folks,
This January the Growing Venture Solutions team is offering a series of classes designed to take you (or your colleagues...) from newbie to Drupal Rockstar.
The classes start with background information on Drupal and the basics of editing content and administering a site. From there we cover adding more power with various contributed modules. The final class covers theming, module development, security, and performance.

Selling courses
I am working on a site that will be selling courses on and off-line and am in the process of designing a module to handle this. I would be interested in people's opinions on the best way to go about doing this.
The requirements for courses are as follows:
Seeking mentors for student projects
I’m a Professor at the University of Michigan School of Information. From January-April, I’ll be teaching a project-based course where student teams work on behalf of non-profit/non-governmental organizations. Each team of four master’s degree students will design, build, document, and hand off a web-based content/community management system.
I'm hoping that some of you might want to be mentors for student teams.
I've posted a more complete request on the drupal forums, http://drupal.org/node/97826
