Since finalising the accepted sessions for DrupalCon Sydney, we've seen a big spike in ticket sales, and will be close to the venue capacity within the next couple of weeks, so don't miss out and register ASAP.

This includes some of the highest profile people in the Drupal community, including:

• Justin Randell (Beejeebus) - Australia's most prolific Drupal core contributor headlining the Developer track.

• Addison Berry (add1son) - Lullabot's Education Manager and the brains behind Drupalize.me featured in the Community track.

February is high summer in Sydney with LOTS happening in the city alongside DrupalCon, so we strongly recommend getting your travel plans and accommodation arranged as early as possible to get the best prices and guaranteed availability.

Just a few quick updates this week...

• Session submissions have been streaming in and close on Friday October 26, so there's only 3 working weeks to get yours in at http://sydney2013.drupal.org/program/submit-session. All speakers will be eligible for a half price event ticket once selected.

• We've passed the half way mark for available tickets sold, so let your friends and clients know to get theirs quick at http://sydney2013.drupal.org/register
