We are looking for a senior PHP developer to work on multiple new and existing client websites in a small agency environment.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Expert level PHP skills
• Experience designing object oriented solutions
• Ability to slice a Fireworks file and created templates using XHTML/CSS
• JavaScript/JQuery (or similar framework)
• Ability to design and maintain scalable MySQL databases
• Experience with Drupal
• Experience working with SVN (or similar versioning tool)
• Excellent client communication skills

We are a nonprofit org of 700+ Maryland psychiatrists looking for a Drupal developer to help redesign and implement our html-based, fairly static website into a dynamic, member-driven site, with social-networking features to encourage frequent visits and discussion, and motivate younger, more web-savvy, physicians (who are increasingly not joining professional societies) to want to be a member and join in on the discussions.
