Not sure if this is the proper place for this message, but hey, got to start somewhere. Trying to figure out how to reach more of you educated guys and gals.

First, have a tremendous amount of respect for all you in the high-tech field.

I need some help running from all our custom stuff to the strength and flexibility that Drupal provides. :-)

This is a one-time job for a 501c3 non-profit. I expect it is pretty simple for someone who knows their way around Drupal 6 module development. We have a PHP script that handles the distribution of a certain report individually to our people worldwide. Each person gets a custom version of the report. The report is uploaded to the server from this end with a predictable name that also identifies the user through a private key stored in the database and associated with the user. No user should be able to see any other users reports with the exception for users of a certain role. (This would be an enhancement of the current script.) Also, no user should be able to do anything, but view these reports. The ideal solution would provide the files through CCK Filefield so that I can create views on these reports as seems appropriate at the time and can integrate them into views that include other files.

Mustardseed Media Inc. is a full time Drupal shop developing websites for Christian churches and ministries. We're located in the north-western suburbs of Detroit.

We're looking for:

• Full on Drupal Developer (ie. you've developed effective modules that you can showcase)
• Someone who can also take a site wireframe/architecture and setup an install to our specs
• HTML/PHP an obvious requirement, CSS design a plus
• Lives in the Detroit area. Most days you'll work from home, but will also need frequent/easy in person contact and co-working ability
• We work with Christian ministries. You don't have to be a Christian to apply (I think it may be illegal to say otherwise), but at Mustardseed we sacrifice for our clients because we're passionate about their mission. You need to be willing to sacrifice occasionally because you believe in the mission of the product as well.
• Youthful mindset, laid back, easy to work with personality. Personal compatibility will be a BIG determining factor in this, since we'll be working closely together on every project.

You'll get:

• 40 Hour work week. We won't ever demand more.
• $35k/year + Blue Cross Health Ins.

• Laid back boss/atmosphere (at least I like to think so)

To be totally honest, we've survived for a long time without someone at this position. We know that it will increase our productivity and business, but if we don't find just the right person, we'll survive longer without it. Please go over the requirements above and be honest about your abilities and sensibilities. We know this position is a tall order, but at Mustardseed, we believe God can lead the right people to us when the time is right.
