I'm looking for an advisor/consultant that could help me build a Drupal site. I'm building an online newspaper with pretty simple features, including forums, contributor blogs, local advertisements (CPM/CPC) and – for now – a canned theme. I just need someone who can help with workarounds, bugs and stuff I don't understand.
A few phone calls or emails to help troubleshoot stuff, and up to 2-5 hours per week of legwork. I'll do most of it, I just need a smarter, more experienced Drupaler to keep me on the right track.

Using OpenPublish for a newspaper site and finding a UK host
I'm looking to set up a newspaper site using OpenPublish, the theme of the site is a user generated news site. I'm a bit confused on how to go about it and was looking for some help.
Firstly does anyone know of a good UK based host which supports OpenPublish installations? I'm looking for one with servers in the U.K.
Secondly the site I'm setting up will have a advertising revenue sharing program and was wondering if anyone knew if OpenPublish supports this - do I have to install other modules to get this to work?
Making Money on Newspaper Sites
For 10 years I've helped small daily and weekly newspapers have successful websites, (400?) I have helped those clients with the software, but the main part of my consulting was the revenue - how the newspaper leveraged their traffic for income.
I have worked with the largest software development companies in the US newspaper industry. Recently I have decided the future is Open Source for smaller newspapers, my niche.

Which are the recommended Ad management modules with OP?
Should be able to schedule all kinds of Ads based on time, location, num of clicks etc.

Drupal developer | Undisclosed at the moment
One of my customers needs to get a new type of advertising (OpenX) going on the site for a big new client. I am not very familiar with the ad industry and they are asking questions I don't understand. Plus, my time is very limited right now and there is a deadline. We need someone who knows advertising and may also do some other fixing (Nodequeue experience would be helpful).
This may result in a longer term project as there is a lot of clean up needed, plus there are plans for related sites.

We are looking for a web developer who would be able to design a system which uses drupal at the front and and imports the data from openx using the API and the suitable plug-in for data import would be provided.. Next the data is represented in Drupal is using a platform that has been build inside drupal by the developer.
