The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working with object oriented code, concepts and design patterns. In the past 3 years Achieve has built high profile, high traffic Drupal site and we are now seen as leaders with the technology. A strong computer science background, solution architecture, web development and infrastructure tuning is also require.

Lead Developers are important actors in our delivery process. Here's what we expect them to do.

1) Understand the goals and strategy behind each project from conception through completion. Our thoughtful, dedicated approach to working with clients is what sets us apart. Lead developers help make sure each project meets or exceeds the goals we set out to achieve.

2) Write clean, well-engineered code that conforms with accepted standards within the Drupal community, and test web applications. 3) Communicate effectively with project managers, technical leads, internet strategists, and other internal team members, as well as outside stakeholders. We want to maintain a positive, productive environment at Trellon, and Lead Developers are active in sharing knowledge across the organization and with our clients.

4) Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. There is always a better way to do things, and we don't pretend to be perfect in everything we do. Lead developers are often the ones who see a potential problem and come up with the solution for how to fix it.

Recently launched Drupal site HollywoodChicago.com is looking for a skilled, experienced, talented and reliable Drupal developer to make ongoing feature improvements and site updates. The site exists in a LAMP environment. Some coding requests to the overall site will be required, but in general, we are seeking a Drupal developer to make upgrades on an as-needed basis.

We are looking to hire either on an immediate short-term basis, or hopefully for a full time position a lead developer to help us configure a large Drupal content site and migrate content from an existing site. We are looking for someone with:

Experience in building a large Drupal site
Proven experience with CMS products
PHP Programming skills
Drupal configuration experience
