We are a company that has switched to Drupal for our new site, and are looking for a themer to create a layout. We essentially have all the back end work done, but want to sharpen up the look of the site. We essentially would like a web designer who could create a professional looking design, then if needed had the ability to plug it in. We have a very good idea of what we are looking for, and a few websites we would like to use as example.
