Allowed I need an artist's talent to design a company logo for a Drupal project I'm working on. Based on the logo design, a theme for the site will follow. I'd like to work with someone ONLY in the Dallas Texas area (my audience is North Texas) for this project which has a delivery date of late March 2011.
