I was looking through the events for Drupalcamps coming up over the next 6 months and there are very few posted right now. Then I started thinking (not for the first time), that it would be really cool if we had a Drupal Camp in Columbus.

Has this group considered that before? How did it go?
Would anyone be interested in doing this? And if so, how do we get there (seems like a big project?)

This includes all the videos in the Lullabot learning series (some of which Lullabot donated in DVD format to our group library) as well as many other hands-on videos from the Do It With Drupal conference. During Drupal cxo in Brussels we had several interesting session on training. In a personal reflection about the discussions I would like to give my understanding how we could get more young people (students) into Drupal via education.

I am a student doing my 3rd year engineering from SRM University, Ramapuram, Chennai. I just came across Drupal while I was going through the OSI web site and found it very interesting. I would like to take it forward and hence request you to inform me as to where I may be able to successfully undergo a course in Drupal. Any form of assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.
