#drupal7 #theme #template

Hola a todos la cuestión es muy simple pero muy confusa, voy a ello.
Compre un theme llamado smooth me parece maravilloso y me gustaria pasarlo a drupal 7 con el que estoy haciendo pruebas el creador no a dado la version para el 7.
Antes de empezar me gustaria que me ayudarais con algunos comentarios, por que aunque no lo pueda pasar totalmente el theme por los módulos ,
¿ lo podría hacer parcialmente?

does anyone know, if drupal has a theme function for the comment preview page?
I have a 3-column blog theme (page--blog.tpl.php), a one-column forum theme (page-forum.tpl.php) and a 2-column page theme (page.tpl.php).
You can see my blog and forum theme attached.
The comment preview is always shown in my page.tpl.php.

How is it possible, to theme the blog comment preview page like my page--blog.tpl.php and the forum comment preview page like my page--forum.tpl.php?

I want to override the region.tpl.php file, but only for a specific content type.
