Theme developer recommendation needed

I need a recommendation for a custom theme developer in the Rochester or central New York State area. I have two clients who are actively pursuing Drupal projects, and I would like to work with someone in the local area who has experience in Drupal and can develop within the Drupal theming framework, beyond just implementing graphics or CSS. I intend to use Drupal 6 for both these projects.

If anyone can recommend someone, it would be greatly appreciated. Have them E-mail to me, Jim Campbell, at blackcatweb@gmail.com.

Thanks,
Jim Campbell
