I own and operate a number of custom-designed Drupal sites. I am looking for an experienced company/team based in the United States. I want a cost-effective way to clone one of my current sites and then do a redesign/facelift on the look for a new business idea.

Medium size company is looking for a graphic designer for a Drupal site. You will be redesigning an engineering firm's public front end and private back end which houses an extensive in-house user database. This redo includes a revamp of the logo with (hopefully) fresh ideas, improved CTAs home page and interior pages with an overall sense of a bigger web presence. This site needs some creative direction. Telecommuting is fine with adequate contact via phone, email, IM and other tools.

We've built three site layout and have the content but need someone with an eye for creating pleasing graphics to make the themes pop.

Site types:
1. Franchise (one color scheme)
2. Franchisee/Broker (two color schemes)
3. Agent (two or three color schemes)

We already installed the theme switcher module, need the theme color and graphics designed.

We are a real estate franchise so experience creating graphics for real estate sites is a plus.
