DUG Meetups

Wanted to get a conversation started about DUG meetings... What specific topics do you want to hear about at the monthly meetings?

Coming up soon we have another DUG meeting. As usual, it's planned for the 2nd Thursday of the month. At Drupal Camp Utah I mentioned some things about changing it up: trying to include more people, finding a different location, etc... it always difficult to accommodate everyone, and we won't be able to make everyone happy... but, I feel like this will be a good compromise.

I am not going to be available to host the Drupal meetup next Thursday during our normal time. I propose we skip March since Drupalcon is in just a couple of weeks and I know several people are going to it. I'm open to other ideas as well.

Yesterday Tyler was asking in IRC what we'd like to talk about this coming week. Since not everyone is on IRC I thought I'd bring it up here.

Is there something anyone wants to show off? Or anything anyone wants to learn about?

We had a great first DrupalCamp Utah this last weekend. We were small in number but had a great opportunity to share what we've done and what we've learned. I wanted to once again thank WebWise and Western Governors University as our Gold sponsors and those who traveled from SanDiego, Las Vegas and Colorado to support our own here in Utah.

At the end of camp we had a discussion about what we could do to make camp better in the future. Two suggestions came out of that conversation that I wanted to emphasize.
