I'm just wondering if anyone could shed any light on the status of the brilliant ecommerce module for drupal. I'm currently building every new site from drupal 6, so am looking to guage a release date for a version of the module which is ready for version 6 of drupal.

Using ecommerce, is there a way to define shipping cost on a per product basis? I've got several different types of products for a site that I'm working on. All of them need to be shipped, but some don't need shipping charges while other larger products do.

Hi. I have been using ecommerce for about 2 years now with much success. I have a new need for it and recently installed version 4 in order to be able to use the commision ability. I am basically creating a site where members create nodes that contain information. Another group of users browse those nodes and if they want more information they purchase the node and the creator of that node gets a percentage of the sales.

I had assumed that this was possible with the new ec_commision module?

I am looking for a developer who has experience integrating Drupal & X-cart. The project involves Drupal being used to manage the CMS portion of the project (already installed 6.2 in root) and X-cart the e-commerce portion (already installed and working in a sub-directory).

I have a project that I need to staff right away and have completed in the next 6 weeks. My client is the top wine maker on the East Coast. We need to create 2 sites for their 2 wineries. I'm thinking this may be a single Drupal instance to manage both of the sites.

Some of the features include -

• Wine catalog
• Ecommerce
• Email newsletter management
• Discussion groups

We will be providing design and will require integration into Drupal. I have more detailed specifications. Prefer NY Metro candidates but you can work remote.

I am suggesting for a module which allows for individuals/group admin with certain roles to create/run a store and accept payments through user/group specific payment gateways.

Example of uses:

1. An NGO might start a group on a social site, and want to sell merchandise to raise funds, they simply create a group store.
2. a Musician might want to sell his mp3 files on the social site. He can simply purchase a role, for a one-off charge and setup an online store for his music, pictures or event tickets.
