I had a really good time presenting with Jakob Persson of NodeOne (wunderkrout), and Mattias Axelsson of Happiness in Stockholm in Munich where we chose to address the many issues around estimation. As is the case with most of the PM BoF’s I’ve done over the past 4 Drupalcons, the conversation I was most interested in was around lessons learned. I love it when people can discuss where their projects went off the rails, why, what drives them crazy and how we can all learn from those experiences and exchange ideas/solutions.Read more
Does anyone know of a study or survey on usage of different project management methodologies. In particular, I'm wondering how many Drupal projects use Scrum, or some other Agile variant, and how many use Waterfall. If anyone has a good study, or good survey data, happy to send them a new Lullabot t-shirt!
