Watch & Review PM Session from Munich if you haven't yet, promise it was cool!
Ok ok.. last one of the day. I heard through the grape vine, that some of you still haven't seen or reviewed my session from Drupalcon Munich. This. Can. Not. Be! ;)
I had a really good time presenting with Jakob Persson of NodeOne (wunderkrout), and Mattias Axelsson of Happiness in Stockholm in Munich where we chose to address the many issues around estimation. Below is a recap of the discussions had at my PM BoFs in Munich this August 2012, and the resources we talked about. Thanks to everyone who came and participated!
As is the case with most of the PM BoF’s I’ve done over the past 4 Drupalcons, the conversation I was most interested in was around lessons learned. I love it when people can discuss where their projects went off the rails, why, what drives them crazy and how we can all learn from those experiences and exchange ideas/solutions.

Does anyone know of a study or survey on usage of different project management methodologies. In particular, I'm wondering how many Drupal projects use Scrum, or some other Agile variant, and how many use Waterfall. If anyone has a good study, or good survey data, happy to send them a new Lullabot t-shirt!
