superfish

I'm working on a news site (for Holyoke) and experimenting with a couple ThemeBrain themes. I don't have any CSS or PHP skills myself. Yet. This is the first Drupal site I'm building myself.

Here's my issue right now: the main menu is displaying a vertical list of links instead of the normal horizontal bar. The theme recommends Superfish, so I installed the module, hoping it would help fix the menu. Drupal then asked me to download the Superfish library. This is what I can't figure out. What's the process here and what exactly is a "library"?

Soy nuevo en el mundo de drupal y la verdad me ha gustado mucho hasta el momento y haciendo pruebas y mirando diferentes módulos he ido viendo todo el potencial que este nos puede brindar, y eso sin mencionar su capacidad como framework.

Estoy tratando de hacer un menu como el de la figura de archivo anexo.

Utilizo Superfish porque es lo que he encontrado (si alguien conoce otra solución mejor, será bienvenida).

He creado un menu cos esta estructura:
Productos
--Familias
-----Fam. 1
-----Fam. 2
--Tecnología
-----Tec. 1
--Mercado
Acciones
Empresa

Las opciones de nivel 1 son el menu principal y las otras deben salir como en la imagen (mega menu), al pasar encima de "Productos"

Estimados, quiero dejarles algo que a mi me costo encontrar 4 días. Por esta razón y ahora muy feliz por encontrarla es que decidi publicar esta nota para ayudar a alguien que esta pasando por lo mismo. Okay I am having trouble controlling where the bullets and arrows are showing in Superfish Vertical menus. The attached, from IE8, shows bullets and arrows, on the left navigation menu, outside the menu and on the left. That is the way they are displayed in FF3.5 for both the Nav menu and the "Secondary links" menu on the right side of the screen. In IE8 on the right side "Secondary Menu", they are within the menu area and close to the links.

Hi all

First things first. I have been working with Drupal only for three weeks now. So sorry if this is noob stuff.

I have problem with superfish menu on ie7. I have decided that I don´t even want to launch this site ie6.
I have tried z-indexing elements and do all kind of hacs in css.I just can´t get hovers or even links to function.

every thing is fine in "modern browsers"

If any one have some suggestion please post..
