Drupal Theme Designer

We are in the middle of refreshing a client's drupal website (which we built a year ago) and need a drupal developer/themer to join the team for this project. We are in the final design phases and need someone to help us create a template from the design and help deal with any minor development issues that come up.

Who we are:

We are currently looking for an experienced drupal theme designer/developer to start immediately. The project involves converting graphical mockups into Drupal themes/subthemes.

The themes must validate strict XHTML and work across browsers.

Requirements:
-Previous experience working in Drupal-based sites.
-Well-versed in cross-browser issues and fixes.
-Great attention to details for quality and testing of the themes.
-Expert knowledge of CSS, universal standards, WC3, clean code.
-Knowledge of Drupal Views and advanced php templates and enough PHP for theme/function overrides

System Alternatives is looking for a Web Designer or a Drupal Theme Designer to contract with on current and future projects. We currently have one project in particular that we need to get a Drupal theme for in the next couple weeks. Please send me a message via my contact form if you are interested in working with us. We have staff on hand that can assist with the conversion of web designs to Drupal themes if necessary.
