Project Development Plan[Closed Duplicate]

Hey Folks,

Today, I am happy to publish the PDO Project Development Plan, which includes detailed site maps, a suggested module listing, and other information for developers helping out with PDO... (yes, there is a beer in the near future ;-) The team and I expect and welcome questions from all, hence the creation of this group, so feel free to make comments, offer suggestions, and/or ask questions at will. You can download the PDO Project Development Plan with this link:

PDO Modules Discussion

We are currently trying to determine the best modules for building our charity platform. As we determine what modules we will be supporting or creating, they will be added to the Modules List page along with comments regarding them and what work needs to be done. Kindly share with us what you think will or won't work and what may need to be created.

Codeathon 2.0 in Austin, TX -- Build open source web apps for non-profits!

Start:
2007-04-21 12:00 - 2007-04-22 18:00 US/Central

April 14 and 21-22, two non-profits, The League of Technical Voters and Knowbility.org, will host Designathon/Codeathon 2.0 in Austin, Texas. This is the second in a series of volunteer events based to help build usable, accessible open source web tools for non-profits. Development will not be restricted to any particular platform or language, but the previous codeathon was based entirely on Drupal and we are hoping to have a strong Drupal contingent at this one as well.

Drupal key to our non-profit progress

Hi Everyone

Keeping this short is tough (and off to a bad start ;) - at home (South Africa) there is huge social disparity which is perpetuated by only the well-off having access to resources that could potentially break the cycle. We are focused on education. Many students in poorer schools (>50%) do not even have sufficient textbooks. Enter our project - a note: without publishers', editors' and authors' royalties a hard cover 250 page books costs less than ZAR20 (<$2.5) to print:
