• Experience upgrading Drupal contrib and core modules.
• Experience with Drupal translations and multilingual drupal websites.
• A good knowledge of developing and maintaining modules for Drupal 5.

for about a year now I've been running a site aimed at the global cleft lip/palate community which provides a resource for the community and raises funds for cleft operations in third world countries. I am now in the process of updating/rebuilding the site (Drupal 5.7) and am looking for someone who can build a theme for me, based on a Photoshop design. The site is to be re-launched during a cleft palate conference in early July.
