Experienced Drupal programmer needed

We need an experienced Drupal programmer for contract work who can collaboratively work with us on the creation of a social networking site. We'd like someone in the Washington, DC; Northern Virginia; Baltimore area so that we can actually meet and discuss our plans.

You must be able to provide project based bids with time-lines and milestones, payment will be based on milestone completion

Knowledge of:
Social media (UGC, Blogging, Polling, Voting/Rating etc.)
Knowledge/interest in mobile media, esp. iphone apps
Templates and custom development experience
API experience
