Must-have-drupal-books for serious drupal developers are available online through Contra Coasta Public Library System. You need membership in CCLib to access these books online, if you reside in Contra Coasta county the membership is free. I believe all libraries in California are linked together so you may be able to access them if you belong to at least one of the many libraries in CA. These ebooks will alleviate those frustrating moments we find ourselves in wanting to refer an authentic drupal source when we are not close to the book that we just bought.
