October 2nd Grupal Meeting
Grand Rapids Drupal User Group meeting is on Monday, October 2nd at 7:00pm. We'll wait until 7:15pm then move to Structure Interactive's (McKay Tower, Pearl/Monroe) conference room to talk/code.
This week, we're going to change things a bit and actually run through setting up a personal portfolio/blog site. We will introduce best practices in terms of organizing your modules and themes. Then we will install relevent modules and configure them. We will finally show how to create a working theme/templates and explain how to structure your themes/templates. All in one hour and a half!
Besides the basic introduction to Drupal management, we will also spend time discussing any questions people might have concerning Drupal.

The format of the meeting is that there is no format!!! :) It's a meeting for people interested in Drupal to get together once a week and work on their own projects, discuss issues/problems, or simply talk shop.
