Hello Oregonians,

Just wanted to make sure everyone knows about the upcoming Lullabot workshops happening in Portland next month. The team will be in town from January 7th - 11th teaching Intro to Drupal Development and Advanced API and Module Development. You can sign up for either workshop individually or attend the whole week at a discount.

I hope we get to meet some of you while we're in town!

Drupal training in Nashville?

Does anyone know of any companies, individuals or groups offering Drupal training of any kind in the Nashville area? Tennessee? Kentucky? Southeastern US? I would like to present various training options for my employer. I am aware of the workshops that Lullabot puts on, but I would like to see if there are any options within driving distance of my day job in Nashville.

I am most interested in theming, design tweaking, and understanding the inner workings of the Drupal framework as a whole. In the future, I would like to be able to assist with module development.

I´ve posted at the Drupal Forum a certain problem that I have, and I would like to know if anyone of you have ever have this kind of issue in the past. And if you have, please give me a clue about how to solve this :-)

I´m running a site (of an NGO) that gives all their users free access to articles and information of a certain area. People do not need to registrate.

Lullabot has another round of workshops coming up in January. We've got a great space in Providence, RI centrally located for people in both the Boston and New York areas -- and close to the airport for people coming from further away. Over the course of the week, we'll be building a single project – a Drupal-based CRM and attendees can sign up for individual workshops, or stay the whole week to see the project from beginning to end. Here's the rundown:

Where to advertise classes, Class models, etc.

I'm starting up a Website Construction Class in New York City that will encompass drupal as the CMS that is taught. The goal of the class isn't to teach all things inter-web, rather to teach one way that works for small business & where to find more information about other ways. More details at http://www.treslerdesigns.com/class

A few questions to the list/group here:

1) Do you feel the prices are fair for what is being offered? This is the first time doing this, and I know value is relative, I'm just looking for opinions on this. I'm basing the class price off my normal site development hourly (each student will take away a functional, live website from the class), and others in the drupal/website education field.
