used cars

I am an experienced designer with a client who wants a used car site where he can add new cars and delete others on a daily basis.
Here is an example of a site similar to what I need.

Please give me an idea of how much this would cost if all text, comps and optimized photos and site map were provided. A range is OK. Open to other ideas also.

The dealer has about 35 vehicles at a time on the lot and has cars, trucks, trailers, motorcycles.
