COD7: Rooms not showing, sessions not in order and problems with flags in views
I'm messing around with cod7, I see that when I create the schedule, sessions are all messed up, they don't show in order and also the rooms don't show at all.
I looked up the views of "session schedule" and compared it to cod6, seems like fields there (inside the views) is not calling the (flag: session_schedule) Flags: Flag link like it does in cod6.
When I tried to add that flag, its not showing up at all in the fields option.
This is how the schedule looks like in my cod7 http://i.imgur.com/LP0J2.png
This is how it should look (cod6): http://drupal.org/files/cod_7_rooms.png

Read more Is COD right for my project?
I'm preparing to manage a project for a conference site, and I was hoping that COD would fit the bill. Looking at it, though, I don't think it will do what I need. However, before giving up on it entirely, I thought I would check with folks here to be sure one way or the other.
Here are the problems I foresee--please let me know if any of these are doable with COD:
- This site would be for multiple conferences in multiple locations, ongoing. The COD sites I've seen featured are all one-shot deals focusing on a single conference.
Accepting payments with COD?
What's the best way to go about accepting payments for event registration with COD?
I've put together a few sites selling digital goods in the past, but they all utilized an off-site, 3rd-party checkout process, and Ubercart is new to me.
Ubercart seems designed to do transactions on-site, meaning you enter your credit card details into a Drupal-powered form before they're sent to the payment gateway for processing. This seems problematic in that you'd need to set up a secure server, worry about PCI compliance, etc.

I've been using COD for a couple projects recently, one for a decent sized yearly conference, one for a local tech monthly meetup club in China, and another for a small club with free monthly speeches and a paid yearly seminar. COD is a great starting point for all of these projects, but I think the architecture could use some tweaking. (Admittedly maybe this is a bit outside of the current roadmap towards D7 version but I think the points still apply)
1.) Separate UUID generated content into separate feature, not in base feature

My original post in the COD group: http://groups.drupal.org/node/178594
Essentially, I would like to test COD using Quickstart as my local dev environment. I have Quickstart installed successfully, and now, I'm trying to figure out how to use COD instead of the vanilla Drupal core to create a new site in Websites. I've read "drush help qc" for hints and searched drupal.org but haven't found anyone who has specifically used these two together.

I am attempting to install COD in a Quickstart environment but am a little lost as to how to get that done. I have successfully gotten the Quickstart environment setup in VirtualBox, and I understand how to create a vanilla Drupal 6 or 7 install. I've also downloaded the latest version of COD from the usecod.com site.
