Experience with Drupal required.
5 years experience developing external websites.
Experience in Linux/Unix command line and MySQL.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Development experience with content automation and source control a plus.
Experience working in high-profile, high-volume web publishing environments is a strong plus.

We have a recently launched website -- ITIF.org -- (D6) and are experiencing performance problems with our website. The performance issues are not likely related to traffic -- we do not have a very large number of users. Most (99+%) traffic is anonymous and we are using caching.
We would like to hire a Drupal expert with experience in improving performance of websites. We would like the following:
- Troubleshooting existing website to find and fix modules / code that are causing high resource usage
