Welcome to the Groups site for the Denver/Boulder Drupal Users Group, where we discuss, share and find ways to provide local face-to-face interaction which can support activities like hosting speakers, providing tutorials, Question and Answer sessions, establishing relationships with others in the geographic area, and generally expand the community of Drupal users.
Schedule of meetings

- Central Denver meetings on the 4th Tuesday of each month at Open Media Foundation (Map).

Discussions and wikis
The Colorado CMS Meetup group is featuring Drupal (with an emphasis on Commerce 2.x) at its September meeting. I did a short introductory presentation on Drupal generally at their inaugural meeting this month, and it was well-received enough to do a deeper dive in September.Read more
Apologies for the late posting but we are still planning on having the Boulder DBUG meetup this week. This month we will be talking about getting ready for Drupal Camp this weekend. If you have a talk that you are giving this weekend and would like to promote it, this would be a great place to do it.
There will be food and beer provided and while the conversations sometimes stray off topic, they are generally pretty interesting.Read more
This month, Tom Hartung will show us the ins and outs of doing adaptive web design in popular content management systems, including Drupal. We’ll cover concepts like RESS and device detection, and why you’d want to integrate these tools into your projects. We’ll also discuss the promises and pitfalls of using techniques like RESS to do adaptive web projects.

Hey all, I'm trying to get a presentation together around the use of Docker and Drupal. If you've used Docker in your Drupal (or other) workflow, I'd be interested in your notes or feedback.
I'm also looking for a few other smaller presentations so, if you've recently deployed a new site, or just have some stories about a site you've deployed in the past, please hit me up on the contact form @ https://www.drupal.org/user/154069/contact.Read more
I'm hoping some local colleagues (and more skilled developers) can offer some advice on this problem.
Have any of you run across this problem: "Search does not index comments subject to node access" https://www.drupal.org/node/1396534.
There is a patch that seems to work--at least it resolved the problem on my Drupal 7 site. But this seems like a big enough problem that it's surprising there isn't more talk about it online, and that the patch hasn't been incorporated into an update. Is there some more obvious fix that I'm overlooking?Read more
Greg Knaddison will talk about how incorporating practices of Continuous Integration, Devops, and Agile have helped CARD.com to be happier and more productive. If any of these apply to you:Read more
