Read morexAPI module for learning analytics
At iMindsX we have been working on integrating Drupal with Learning Locker for a while now. We created a custom distribution for blended learning, and detailed analytics are very important. Last month, we made the set of integration modules that allows sending xAPI statements to Scorm Cloud and Learning Locker (developed by Matthias van Parijs, Nikos Verschore and Devan Chase) for various actions performed on the blended learning site. The coolest features are video player interaction for Youtube and Vimeo and Quiz integration.

The main focus this time has been in documentation. For developers wanting to create or modify H5P content types the documentation is way better.
But we also found the time to create a new question type, a documentation tool, improve xAPI support and more.

Drupal: Which Acquia Certification (out of 4)? For Whom?
I have checked Aquia site here(https://www.acquia.com/customer-success/learning-services/acquia-certifi...) and found there are four types of certification.
Acquia Certified Developer Exam
Acquia Certified Developer-Back End Specialist Exam
Acquia Certified Developer-Front End Specialist Exam
Acquia Certified Drupal Site Builder Exam
But which certification Team Leam/Project Manager should do? Why this four certification? Who should do which certification? Can anyone explain. Do I need to all four certification?
Monthly Hangout Higher Ed groups interested in Hosting Our Own Drupal (HOOD)
The Higher Ed Summit at DrupalCon was a great opportunity for a few members of our team from CU Boulder to talk with other schools who also host their own Drupal infrastructure. The hosting needs of universities and colleges are often very similar... but like our end users, we tend to think our Drupal distribution and configuration is a special snowflake. I've learned a lot listening and sharing hosting war stories with other higher ed Drupalers this week.

ELMSLN + xAPI/Learning Locker + H5P + OpenBadges
Rick Humphries (@rickhumphries) recently did a video showing the work his group is doing with ELMS Learning Network, Learning Locker and H5P to transmit activity statements (XAPI) from ELMSLN to Learning Locker. Then it shows how ELMSLN is querying the LRS (learning locker) for what statements a user has passed and then granting badges based on matching those statements.

George Washington University is looking to move our Drupal instance out to the cloud in the form of IaaS - a LAMP stack at AWS, Azure or some other provider. We are doing this to make our public-facing websites independent of the GW infrastructure and data centers. Our Information Security team is raising concerns about the ability to protect and harden the environment. Would people be willing to share the following information if you are running a LAMP stack in a hosted environment for your Drupal:
