What You'll Be Doing

Working across several of our brands including Austravel and My Planet, we’re looking for a Drupal Developer to help deliver, transform and grow our specialist platform across a variety of web sites. We are looking for someone to deliver high quality code and you will play a major role in defining this approach and delivering developments on this roadmap.

The role provides the opportunity to be a part of a progressive team of individuals, working with agile methodologies and modern web technologies. You’ll work alongside other talented team members in a modern, friendly environment, where there is a great focus on knowledge sharing and self-improvement.

What We Are Looking For
• Drupal 7
• 3+ years solid, demonstrable web development experience in a delivery focussed commercial environment
• Highly proficient in HTML, Javascript, CSS, jQuery, responsive techniques and frameworks
• Ajax/JSON experience
• Sound and thorough experience in PHP with exposure to open CMS solutions.
• Understand issues surrounding analysis, tuning, scalability, high availability and concurrency of the Drupal platform and hosting infrastructure
• Have strong autonomy and responsibility.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
• Delivery to time, budget and quality expectation, across multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to work in a small team, and communicate effectively with department colleagues and key business representatives
• A desire and passion for constantly developing websites to keep up with changing technologies
• GIT source control
• Continuous Integration & Jenkins
