Required skills include:
• Strong PHP skills and experience writing custom Drupal modules
• Minimum 3-4 Years Drupal development experience
• Familiarity with Git workflow (branching, merging, tagging)
• Experience working in small, cross-functional teams in a product development environment
• Familiarity with best practices for performance, security, and code maintenance
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and New Relic responsibilities
• Working with a team (Product managers, developers and designers) to create compelling and cutting-edge digital products
• Turning design and user interface mockups into functional websites
• Custom programming and web application development
• Testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing sites
• Contributing ideas and efforts toward company products and working as part of a team to find solutions to various problems (i.e. development platforms, APIs, etc.) qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum three years of Drupal programming experience (samples of enterprise-level applications are required)
• Independence, willingness to learn and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines and new challenges
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Ability to deliver on time and on budget

• Drupal expertise, including custom module development and knowledge of key contributed modules and Drupal Core
• Experience enhancing the performance of high-traffic sites Expertise in a LAMP stack; Git/SVN
• PHP within a Linux, Apache, MySQL environment
• Proficient in JavaScript (jQuery) and familiar with major JavaScript libraries
• Experience with implementing APIs. Knowledge of both XML and JSON
• Thorough understanding and proven implementation of W3C Web Standards
• Basic Drupal theming skills (CSS & HTML within the CMS template structure)
• The ability to work within existing infrastructures
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work as part of a team, understanding problems from another team members perspective, and, when necessary, go above and beyond the job description to work towards a broader team goal
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Frequent code reviews with Drupal Team
• Participate in daily Scrums
• Demo to Product Owner at end of each sprint
• Local candidate required (for code reviews, scrum, etc.)
