Infusionsoft is looking for a rockstar front-end developer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for our Web Development team. Advanced Drupal experience isn't necessary, but awesome HTML5/CSS3/jQuery is.

As a Front End Developer at Infusionsoft working within the Creative Team, you will be integrated into a fast moving environment where we are constantly learning and growing as a team and as individuals. What you will do

  • Develop clean, semantic markup with current best practices utilizing HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript/jQuery libraries
  • Implement design layouts for various platforms and browsers
  • Deliver high quality interfaces in this key role on the Web Development team
  • Ensure website projects are completed and properly documented according to specifications and timelines
  • Assist in optimizing websites for increased opt-ins, better search rankings, and user engagement and retention
  • Test for cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility, and site QA
  • Collaborate well in cross-functional team of designers, developers, video editors and content creators
  • Focus on quality and exceeding expected customer expectation levels

  • Passion for developing on the web
  • Must proactively research best practices in development, keep up with online trends, and strive to find new/inventive techniques
  • Experience working with HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript/jQuery libraries

Ideally, you possess...

  • Experience integrating with CMS and/or MVC frameworks (Drupal, WordPress, Kohana)
  • Experience using Git, Subversion or other source code management system
  • Experience working with frameworks and preprocessors such as Foundation, Compass, SASS/SCSS
  • Experience with some modern client-side scripting frameworks (Backbone, Ember, Angular, Coffeescript)
  • Experience developing under Agile, SCRUM or similar iterative unified processes
  • Understanding of security best practices
  • SEO, SEM, Semantic mark-up, and Microformat knowledge
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and Website Optimizer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Previous work at fast growth company or in an entrepreneurial environment
