After a small amount of discussion, it looks like we are going to change the channel from #grupal to #drupal-gr, to conform more with the rest of the local drupal IRC channels, and to make it easier to find us when searching drupal

I've registered the #drupal-gr room, and placed it in the drupal.org regional IRC listings (http://drupal.org/irc/channels).
