Do we have to reserve one of the BOF rooms before DrupalCamp? If so, how do we go about doing that? We want to organize some Library BOF action.

I think bof submission will open up before the day of the conference, but it's not been discussed when exactly that will be. You can subscribe to the site's RSS feed at http://2011.drupalcampcolorado.org/news/feed and @drupalcolorado on twitter for annoucements.

When do you think would be good?

I'd like for library folks to get together maybe before Saturday night's festivities, if possible. Then everyone can go enjoy some fun together. Is that what you were asking? Might depend on the session schedule, too.
