Kristen Pol is writing a book for Packt Publishing on creating multilingual Drupal 7 websites. The book will have a demo website that will accompany it for the book exercises. For the February meeting (note day & time change above), we will do a hands-on training session going through all the lessons in the book. Everyone will work at their own pace. You will need a laptop and XAMP installed. You will install the demo website on your laptop and you will be given a copy of the exercises to go through. The demo website will be a small ecommerce site built on the Commerce module suite.
In order to plan accordingly, please leave a comment or signup for this event if you plan on attending. If you cannot arrive at 5pm, that is okay... let us know when you can make it.
Kristen will be providing dinner... probably pizza, drinks, and dessert. If anyone attending has food allergies, please leave a comment or contact Kristen directly.

I have a good idea of what I need done, but I need to find out how much I would be looking at, understanding of course that these sorts of things can only be ballparked.

Free book for participants
For those who can make this D7 i18n training session, I will give you a free Multilingual Drupal 7 book once it's published as a thanks for helping me debug the book exercises!
As for food, perhaps I will show up and take a poll right at 5 and then go out and get the food... ???
