- We have two ways for this: built a different web (share database and taxonomy) and built features in the same web (same databases).
I think separate web is better. - Available modules for this: Ubercart (ubercart module) and commerce (drupal commerce module).
I have checked Ubercart and believed It can do. But no far experience with Drupal commerce module.
