• Direct calls to the appropriate individuals
• Maintain accurate record of daily inquires and leads as instructed by Operations
• Take messages for the business units
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/ Requirements:
• Philippine Candidates only
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule
• With 6 months related or equivalent experience (BPO or back-office experience is a plus)
• Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel
• Strong english communication skills
• Must be organized and able to multi-task
• Must have a positive and upbeat attitude
• Stable home internet connection, Conducive workspace (free of noise), MS Office and Skype proficiency
