Here's an ongoing list of places to meet in Grand Junction.
onelittleant - 11/27 - I've made some calls today and found out the following about some of the possible venues in GJ. 11/28 - Stopped by and checked out the venues,.
Traders Coffee & Tea: Trader's has a small room with a conference table and 10 chairs. It's pretty tight, but chould be able to accommodate a screen. There is no charge for the first hour so long as folks are buying drinks. $25/hr after that. Hours are 6am - 9pm M-Sat. 7am - 7pm Sun.
Gelato Junction: Nice place on Main St. able to wall-off a section of the shop for meetings. Space is free of charge and suitable for a projector. Closed at 5pm Mon -Thurs. Close at 9pm Fri and Sat.
Main St. Bagels: Meeting space available free of charge. This is a large board room type space. Nice setup. They close at 6:30 pm.
Country Inn: The Country Inn is nothing fancy, but they are close to the freeway and have a lot of meeting space. They have a basic boardroom setup that is normally $75, but they said it would go for $40 for the couple of hours we'd need it. It's a decent space (low ceiling). It has internet and a screen available.
