We're going to split into groups and work on:
-Fixing Drupal core issues
-Tech improvements
-Porting modules to Drupal 8
-Localization
You don't have to worry about anything: just bring your laptop, we're going to take care of you (hint: lunch included!).
All developers need to install GIT before coming and git clone Drupal 8 core.
We're going to have a lot of fun, but hurry up!
